*Deacon
Thomas will coordinate prayer each Sunday.
The
other assigned deacon will lead the responsive reading. Each deacon is
responsible for being present and on time for Sunday morning worship. In
addition, the scheduled deacon who leads the responsive reading is also
responsible for securing the building after services by turning off all lights,
resetting all HVAC units to proper away temperature, checking all restrooms,
locking access to second floor and locking all exterior doors.
In
the event there is a conflict, the assigned deacon is responsible for getting
another deacon to fill in for him. The assigned deacons are also responsible for
accepting the offering.
